1. Returns
To begin a return, please email us at support@caevon.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll guide you through the exchange process if the requested item is available.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
